I visited a couple of times initially, & whilst acknowledged, was allowed to look around without pressure. The attention I received from Kevin Grant, was exemplary. I am newly widowed, he was patient, kind, humorous and friendly. Excellent.
Nothing could be faulted, & being the new PHEV, what queries that couldn't be answered immediately, a satisfactory response was received in short time.
There were no issues that couldn't be dealt with.
There is not enough character space here to deliver my answer but after my service package ends next year i wont be returning to broadoak. Which is a shame because i was looking at trading in. Maybe Ashford is an option.
A little confusion with the courtesy car meant I had to make two trips but other than this it was great.
They are always on time with the servicing, and friendly customer services.

They were all very friendly at Broad Oak Mini but didn't pressure me for a sale. They matched my car-wow offer. They kept me informed of when I would receive my new car and the pick up went without any complications. Overall a very good experience.
