The telephone booking gave clear ideas of what to expect, for example time wise, and the whole process was slick and well organized. Staff well trained.

The only thing that has prevented me from giving 5 stars is that when I bought the car I was assured that I would get a lift to work when it is being serviced, every time I need this it is a battle to get them to agree, disappointing.

While I was waiting for my car, I received a video explaining what had been done, by the engineers!
Service book was filled in with the job number instead of the mileage. You quoted the front fog light incorrectly and you were unable to advise how much it would cost to lubricate the hood mechanism. NOT good for a main dealer.

Requested for a light bulb to be fitted bulb supplied by me I paid a fitting charge highlighted on the bill but bulb was not fitted and bulb not returned!
I told them to leave the radio and click and they did not. I am not technically minded and now its all'over the place.
The car was delivered back fully cleaned and staff had even identified two other parts replaceable under the warranty I wasn't even aware were faulty.
